Malika Duke is a wife,a work-at-home mom of three, real estate investor, and a fine dining enthusiast who decided against going to law school to become a network marketer.

Starting in the business (network marketing) reluctantly after being recruited by her mom, she soon discovered the magic of residual income and the importance of multiple streams of it too...

With a passion for sales and marketing training and financial education, Malika has set her sails on helping those who want to learn to conquer the written word, the phone and the Internet as an additional source for automated prospecting an recruiting which transcends the time and space limitations of the off-line methods.

My very first job was in retail sales when I was 16 and my last job was in sales at Wells Fargo Bank. I realized I was at her best when she could interact with people, educate them and give them only what they expressed they wanted, needed and came looking for.

For some strange reason I couldn't get to that place in my network marketing venture and I was determined to find out why.

Why was it so hard to prospect and recruit people as customers and/or representative?

Why is it so hard to duplicate success in my team?

Why were so many people against the concept of the entire industry? (I still related to some of these same people)

I never knew MLM and Network Marketing had a bad reputation before I got involved in it.

I'm great with people, and a good trainer/coach, got the million dollar smile to boot and still, no one was "getting it".

This site is here because...
1. The Network Marketing industry as a whole needs a face lift. It is gravely misunderstood and rightfully so. We have become synonymous this over inflated income promises, rah-rah hype session, and harassing anything with a pulse. We are not regarded as the consumer consultants we really are and I am committed to being responsible to improving that image.

2. The lack of proper training in this industry is alarming and the primary cause of our bad image. I want to show that good marketing and sales training transcends industries, companies and even business.

It is a way of life and the way to bring together what people want/need to what products/services that can best fit them. Whether it's better health, financial planing, or cheaper phone service, making more money or having more time freedom, people have problems and Network Marketing is a viable solution. Well trained MLM professionals will deliver far greater service and in turn make more money and this site will help.

3. The final reason this site is here, hmmm...I'll keep this short. MLM stand for Multi Level Marketing. It's only a description of a means of compensation. Therefore, if we "keep it real", Network Marketing encompasses a staggering number of products and industries.

More and more companies are putting the power of our networks in the hand of consumers. Everyone has an affiliate program and with the social networks like Yahoo 360, Myspace, Squidoo and Facebook all over the Internet, "Network" Marketing is evolving as an art form.
